S’mores and More will start out with delicious s’mores and families gathered around the campfire and end with everyone sleeping in their tents on the field. This is a can’t-miss event.

This is a Yankee Doodle Dandy of a time celebrating July 4th with the entire Southern Hills family. Come enjoy live music, food, drinks and plenty of Independence Day spirit.
Halloween Golf Cart Parade & Trunk or Treat
It’s scary just how fun this Halloween Celebration is for kids, parents and neighbors of all ages. We’ve taken the traditional trunk-or-treat celebration and elevated it to a whole new level with plenty of Southern Hills style. There are decorated golf carts, pumpkin carving, candy galore, and people decked out in Halloween costumes and frightful fashions. Non-residents can participate too.
Create and Celebrate
Unleash your inner artist with a chance to make your own masterpiece. We’ll provide the paints, brushes and canvases … you supply the inspiration. No experience necessary as we’ll have instructors to provide tips to beginners and experienced painters alike. It’s a fun night with friends … bar & food service will be available.
Brunch with Santa
Santa Clause makes his way from the North Pole to Southern Hills to help kick off the holiday season. In addition to an appetizing buffet and photos with Santa, kids can enjoy decorating their own gingerbread house on the lawn!
Holiday Par-TEE
Nothing gives the holidays more of a Florida flavor than a golf cart parade. Enjoy a mouth-watering brunch at the clubhouse, golf cart decorating contest and more … Southern Hills residents will line the parade route and give out treats as the holiday parade makes its way through the community.
Mixology Soiree
Bourbon, Wine and Tequila Tasting. Enjoy a curated exploration of artisan spirits from top makers from around the world. You’ll grow in your understanding and appreciation of the craft while savoring a great time with residents of Southern Hills.
Make a Splash
We like to think of Southern Hills as Florida’s Capitol of “Fun In The Sun!” At our Pool Parties, the water is always refreshing, the music lively, and the food and beverages plentiful. So, put on your swimsuit, grab your towel and get ready for good times with great friends!
